SDD is pleased to announce a new collaboration and partnership with Japanese printer manufacturer RISO. RISO is a global leader in print solutions servicing 190 countries and regions around the world.

SDD will supply its patented Press Trim Module (PTM) for online use with RISO GD Series printers. The PTM will significantly enhance the appearance of booklets emerging from the printer by making them flatter and trimming the long edge of the booklet.

The booklet can be enhanced further by adding the optional 2-Side Trimmer to trim the top and bottom of the booklet and adding the square folding module that produces booklets with a square spine.

These modules incorporate the latest SDD-developed electronics; one of the key features is that they have been designed with ease of use and automised production in mind.

The RISO/SDD PTM launch is taking place at C!Print in Lyon.​
