Booklet making… how to do it better!
Making booklets inline with a printer is not a new phenomenon. However, customers are often concerned about the quality of the booklet and wonder how the appearance can be improved. Now there is a solution: the Canon PTM7006 System.
So, what is the Canon PTM7006 System and how does it enhance the quality of booklets?
The Canon PTM7006 system fits directly behind the Canon Booklet Finisher. It consists of several modules depending upon the needs of the customer. The basic unit is a Press Trim Module that trims the front edge of the booklet and applies pressure to the spine to make the booklet flatter. Then stacking and distribution become much easier as a result. And the booklet appearance is significant improved.
The system can be enhanced with:
- 2-Side Trimmer: trims the top and bottom of the booklet.
- Square Spine Module: gives the booklet a square spine which makes it completely flat and allows printing on the spine.
Key features of the Canon PTM7006 system:
- Cutting-Edge Technology: Utilises the latest advancements in electro-mechanical technology to produce accurate output.
- Robust Build: Constructed with durability in mind, ensuring reliable operation even in the most demanding environments.
- Customisable Settings: Fine-tune jobs with flexible settings to meet specific requirements and preferences.
- User-friendly Interface: Intuitive controls and easy-to-use software make the PTM7006 accessible for operators of all skill levels.
